First customer service was excellent booked a time and day that worked for me. When the technician arrived he was very knowledgeable , respectful and kind. I had to wait for my part but that is understandable as I am sure all parts are not kept on hand.

BOTTOM LINE: Tech geek's dream. This place has the best components at the lowest prices in the city , and their "customer service" is the best.
This is the only store I go to for computer equipment simply because it has the best selection of quality components at the best prices.I heard they have another location in Mississauga, but its Main location on Gerrard has been their largest and carries the most wide range of electronic products.

I hit a pot-hole, while on my Emmo GT80 scooter, the other day. The tire went completely flat, and the rim was bent. Since the motor is built into the rear wheel,on this model,the whole thing would have needed to be replaced. Ron took a mallet and straightened the rim, so that it would allow for a good seal the tire - saving me $300.00! These guys always surpass my expectations!

My husband and i had an amazing experience shopping for an engagement ring that would match my wedding band. Farhad took time to educate us about what to look for especially when shopping for diamonds. He was very helpful and patient since we really had no clue about all these things. I just have to state the staff and owner was amazing. I went in upset as I needed my phone and could not be without it. They fixed my phone, and there was a lot wrong with it. it was cost effective as their pricing was very fair. I recommend this company and i Will come back and refer them to everyone I know. They know what they are doing and they also are very empathetic to customers who come in upset and scared the phone would never work again. But they fixed it with no issues!!

A few months ago Smart Home Creations installed our home theater equipment. After a phone call Jason came to our home to do their on-site evaluation. He was very easy to talk too and did a thorough evaluation. When he was finished we knew exactly what we needed. Jason let us know they could also provide all the equipment we needed, and I was blown away by his knowledge. They finished ahead of schedule and really took the time to explain how to use the new equipment. We are “tech” challenged and even weeks later we needed a reminder that they were more than happy to give. Great experience I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market.
