Last night our hot water tank went out! I called Complete around 9:15 Saturday morning and they were at our home 20 minutes later.It doesnt get any better than that.They quickly diagnosed the problem.It was a switch that had been tripped.I wasnt even charged.This was the second time we have used them,and I would highly recommend them!

Aston team installed two furnaces, heat pump and instant water heater. My good experience started from the moment when Patric came by and down the road including all the installations and fixing some minor issues with my heat pump which survived my massive home renovation. I'd like to thank all the guys who answered my questions and installed the equipment. I hired some gas fitters doing my house water heater replacement before I met David, he is professional gas fitter which could well done by time and price. Excellent! I like his trades man attitude at job site. He really knows about plumbing and heating. It’s worth to hire the company.

We called Fantastic carpet cleaning, got a quote and had them clean all of our rooms, dining area, chairs and living rooms. The whole house was done in about 1.5 hours. Not to mention I had really dirty dining chairs with grease spots and stain! Now these chairs look like brand new! We are so happy that everything is clean, looks brand new, and it fit in our budget! Every other cleaning company charged extra for grease spots, and stain on carpets... not Fantastic!!! Highly recommend this company

Brett from Evergreen plumbing is the best plumber in the lower mainland hands down ! He was recommended by a mutual friend and I could not be happy with the work that he did. The plumbing to convert my unfinished basement into suite was without a doubt the most difficult and complex part of the renovation. Brett came in and did amazing work, he’s loves what he does and it shows. He’s also the kind of guy you are fine with leaving in your house all day and when you come home the job is done!

I was having an issue with my furnace and couldn't diagnose it. I called Meer Mechanical and they had someone out to my place within a day. The tech had to show up before and after his scheduled shift in order to fit me in. There was a slight discrepancy on the invoice re: the time the tech was at my house. I called John the owner and discussed the bill with him. He made it right and was concerned about my satisfaction as a customer. Rare to find that in contractors these days.

Our igniter element on the gas furnace burned out. The technician (Lokman) arrived on schedule and was a very experienced serviceman. He replaced the element quickly and tested the operations of the furnace, all the while explaining its function and safety features. Being an engineer, I was interested in his explanations.
Lokman is no doubt a very valuable asset to your company - I highly recommend that you keep him happy..!
