We called Summit Heating and Cooling at 8:00 AM New Years Eve Day and our call was returned within 30 minutes. We spoke with Randy and explained our furnace was not working and the temperature in the house was dropping quickly due to the cold temperature outside. Randy came to the house and the problem was fixed by noon. We were so impressed with the service that we signed up for the maintenance program.Thank you Summit Heating and Cooling for your great service!

So last nite my pilot light on my furnane stop working, total panick mode! This morning making frantic phone calls, NO ONE had a tecq. available until Monday/Tuesday!! Finally the last call! These guys were able to sent someone out b4 noon! Fantastic job, highly recommend them! Great price! Cosy n warm again!!

After our old furnace broke down we called Comfort-Tek and they were out right away. It wasn't worth the money to fix it so Dave sold us a new furnace at a reasonable price with 10 years parts and labour warranty! Also they were able to install the new furnace the following day and the installers were very clean, neat and professional! We also qualified to receive a rebate through the OPA REBATE PROGRAM! We highly recommend Comfort-Tek to our friends, family and neighbours!

Prompt, polite and efficient. Had to have a pool heater connected. This job was completed neatly and quickly. Peter also made sure that our water heater pilot light was on since the gas supply was turned off the day before, to accommodate the removal of the old pool heater. He gave a price estimate prior to coming out, providing there were no surprises or obstacles. The price was fair and ended up being the final amount. Furthermore, he arrived when he said he would. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. My Carrier furnace stopped working after 14 years and spending $1,000 on repairs last year. Abram sent a repair person the very day of breaking down and installed a new York furnace the next day. Guys worn a mask for COVID and were very accommodating.
