I am totally satisfied with my new windows. The entire process from the very first introduction of the company to the completion of the installation of the windows was very pleasant and not taxing at all. Each step during the process was explained and a follow-up done to assure that we were eased and Had not questions. There was no pressure placed on me to purchase anything. To be honest had no intent to purchase any windows but the presentation regarding the quality of the windows sold me.

The complete experience went excellent. The sales quote experience was great as we received a price that was slightly lower than competition for the same door. Ed was quick to respond to my quote request, setting up the first meeting & getting the quote to us. In past years we struggled to get quotes for our windows and door replacement so this was very much appreciated. The whole process was easy & he really listened to what we wanted and made great suggestions. We couldnt be happier with our new garden door & they even went the extra mile and installed a handle similar to our front door when one wasnt provided. The attention to detail is incredible!

All work was done in the best professional way from start to finish!

We had our whole house windows installed by Diamond Windows last year,
They used very good quality windows and their worksmanship on installation was excellent, all material used was high quality and they sealed those windows from inside and outside using proper spray foam and chalking, even installed the inside wood trim. They disposed off all old windows and left our place clean.
Their price was better than reasonable because they are a small family run company,
Mike, Tony and Larry are a pleasure to deal with and take pride in their work.
