My Family, friends and I have been going to the Egg and I for years and although I never thought of writing a review, I have to this time.
We were greeted immediately and only waited a few minutes for a table to clear, it was packed!
We celebrated my birthday last Sunday and I was craving their Herb Feta Omelette, with a side of Cherry Pink Bacon, which in my opinion is the BEST brand to buy, and cooked to my perfection. Our drinks came out fast, coffee was fresh and always available but what I appreciated most was all our food came out at the same time. Everyone enjoyed their order and we all devoured the Banana Walnut Pancakes.
I've been to fine dining and can't stand when my portion is the size of my palm and our food is not served at the same time.
The Egg and I is a wonderful, fun Family Breakfast restaurant in Hamilton.
My Family and Friends enjoy the price, portion and the atmosphere.

The Brassie is a great place to go with a group of friends. Personally, I go on Tuesdays for the Trivia Night and have a great time, even though the competition is pretty stiff. Often times there are 10 or more teams and the place is full, so the service leaves something to be desired, and even when its not busy there are often mix-ups with orders (usually minor). The quality of the food has really improved over the last year or so and the price is comparable to other pubs in the area. As long as you don't come on Tuesday, you can usually count on a table for a larger group (6 or more).

I called the store and realized that I wouldn't be able to make it in time (the store was closing in 5 mins and I was 20 min drive away). Extremely please with speed and quality of work done to remove the very large silver maple form our backyard. The tree had 4 trunks with each standing about 65 to 75 feet tall. They were able to remove the tree in 1 day for a reasonable price where other companies said that it was too big for them to handle.
