We hired Lloyd to build a sun room on the back of the house. Lloyd gave us various proposals to review. Even after finding the old roof need replacement, Lloyd adjusted the scope of work to stay within our budget. The crew work quickly and were respectful of our home. Noticed that the tub was draining at a bad angle, opened up plumbing underneath to correct it - no charge. Tore out window and replaced with patio door and built new deck off kitchen. Installed new hardwood flooring in master bedroom. Worked quickly and effectively.
