Back in 2010 we had a serious moisture problem in our 1860 stone foundation, log home. We worked with this company and they came up with a relatively simple solution, of a commercial dehumidifier, that solved the problem. Then in 2016, we had another building with the same problem, so we went back to this company and bought a unit for that building. Both units continue to work well and do what they are supposed to do.

I called RCC because of their reputation in the industry to come and look at a crack in my foundation. Mauro the consultant came and explained what needed to be done and provided a quote. I agreed on the quote which I thought was reasonable. The job was scheduled promptly and Junior and his team came and repaired the crack in one day. They were respective when I asked questions and did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend RCC.

The guys went above and beyond what was asked of them and needed. These guys are the best in the business in our option. We were referred to the Basement Guys by friends who had water problems successfully repaired. We hired them to repair a wall crack which was complicated by a finished wall in the basement and interlocking outside. The Basement Guys repaired the crack from the outside. They returned the patio to better than it's original state. They also took a number of photos of the repair. We have had many heavy rainfalls with no issues. Completely satisfied and highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with Dave and Gemil. They repaired a large crack in our foundation that was leaking water whenever we had a big rain storm. It was a big project, took about 7 days where they dug out the foundation and applied several layers of waterproofing all the way down to the bottom of the foundation. Communication was great and the workers were on time and professional. I would recommend them to anyone with waterproofing or foundation issues in their basement.

I had a problem with my main drain pipe being plugged and called another company to fix it. They put a camera in and found that tree roots had gotten into the pipe and blocked it. They wanted $8700 to fix it. I then looked for someone else to fix it and found Grieco Frank & Peter Contracting. They wanted only about half the cost. The other company said it would take all week to do it, but Grieco did it in only 2 days. The other company wanted me to pay everything up front with my credit card while Grieco billed me after they finished. I'm sure glad I found them - they saved me a lot of money.
