First of all, Chris has to be one of the most pleasant guys you'll ever meet. Secondly, it goes without saying that getting your transmission replaced is not something that people wake up wanting to do. Nevertheless, the team at Aamco Scarborough know what they are doing and work hard to make sure issues are resolved. A great team. I would highly recommend them.

I originally ended up at Star Auto Transmission to fix a tire that had a screw in it, my experience was absolutely awesome. My van was making this grr sound and someone told me it was the muffler, star Auto doesnt deal with muffler but Peter offered to take a look and let me know what needed to be done,he also gave a lesson on a few other things which I really appreciated. Turned out it was not the muffler it was the flex pipe leak, they fixed it for me within 2 days. trustworthy, reliable.

Fantastic outfit! Had work done on my clutch and was super impressed with the fast, friendly and professional service I received. The staff were all amazing and I felt very comfortable leaving my car in their hands. When I had a problem after a few months they were happy to get it fixed straight away and it was all covered under warranty and I was treated with the same curteous and efficient manner as always. This location has friendly staff and go out of my way to shop at this store. My mechaninc sent me to see either Romeo or George at AA Transmission Kingdom because he felt that based on what I had to told him I was experiencing that it may be a transmission problem. I saw George who ran a number of computer tests, took the time to drive the car with me and asked me questions through out the drive. After further tests George determined that there were no transmission positive results to the tests or the drive. I was charged nothing. I recommend AA Transmission Kingdom.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.
