My car needed a significant amount of repairs and Kar Auto Parts were able to address all my needs. They have an extremely friendly staff who explained all the options to me. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Very thankful to Steve and the guys at MR Transmission on Centennial Parkway. Steve went over and beyond in Dealing with the Insurance Co. as we had just purchased our 2014 Mustang and it was still under the 3 month Warrantee! after several attempts! several phone calls! and Steves persistence in dealing with the insurance company he managed to get us what we needed. I originally ended up at Star Auto Transmission to fix a tire that had a screw in it, my experience was absolutely awesome. My van was making this grr sound and someone told me it was the muffler, star Auto doesnt deal with muffler but Peter offered to take a look and let me know what needed to be done,he also gave a lesson on a few other things which I really appreciated. Turned out it was not the muffler it was the flex pipe leak, they fixed it for me within 2 days. trustworthy, reliable.
