In 2009 my company decided to employ the services of DZIGN to renovated our Hotel - the Holiday Inn Toronto-Brampton Hotel & Conference Centre, located next to the Bramalea City Centre.
From our first meeting onwards, members of the DZIGN team became a part of the extended Hotel team as they were involved with understanding our Hotel, our clients, our staff and our visions even before beginning the degin concepts. The focus was on bringing out the inherent nature of our business and to incorporate this feeling into the the overall design concept.
They assisted with the complete design of the Hotel interiors - Bar / Lounger, Restaurant, Lobby and Meeting Space, and the complete exterior - including the facade and landscape.
Then they assisted with the negotiations and dealings with the City of Brampton and InterContinental Hotels Group and at the sametime keeping in focus the overall scope of the project, the financial consideration of the Hotel Owners and the time frame to complete this project.
Once the design was accepted by all, the construction phase was seamless with the trades and sub-trades working for DZIGN being most accommodating and professional in nature and approach - meeting the often unreasonalble time demands from a Hospitality focused business that stayed open during the entire renovations phase.
At the end, DZIGN successfully renovated over 20,000 sq. ft of lobby, Bar/Lounge, Restaurant and Meeting Room in the beginning of 2010.
I am delighted with the overall services rendered and will be glad to recommend DZIGN and its services to anyone.
