I had kept an article about Absolute Roof Solutions that was written in the Vancouver Sun over ten years ago. I was lucky to find them. Shane, a courteous and efficient company representative, gave me a booklet about what questions to initially ask about a roofing job. I also received a written estimate with two options for doing the job, both at reasonable rates. A written guarantee was delivered by Shane after the job was done. The workmen came to do the job at the time agreed upon.

Sid explained clearly the many options that he could make available to us. He gave us a written estimate of three options based on a 30, 40 and 50 year warrantee and outlined the benefits of each. He arrived to do the work at the time he promised and he completed the work on time. The team did quality work, and cleaned up right down to using a magnet to pick up nails. Excellent customer service and workmanship. They responded quickly and were careful to explain the process and products available. The crew was organized professional and efficient. They arrived early at 7 am and worked diligently all day and completed the new roof on our house as well as replacing the old venting ducts. They cleaned up all around the house, no remnants of debris of any kind. Highly recommend the company it was a straight forward, hassle free, honest and reliable experience.
