Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. Drew was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it in the first hour. Royal should always be at the top of your list of companies to call. Thanks.

STOP searching, and don't waste your time calling the "big guys" (with smaller trucks!!) for quotes. Jon's truck is 30=60% bigger so 1/2 load to them is 1/3 to him, and you pay less!

I hired Matt to load all of the junk left over after my parents move after being in the house 55 years. It turned out to be a larger job than I initially thought, but Matt made special arrangements to come back early the next morning to finish before the photographer showed up to list the house. He did an excellent job of cleaning the garage and sheds as well. I would highly recommend him!

Went to CRD dump and was told I would be charged double for an uncovered load. It was all bagged, tied closed and tightly packed in the back of my truck. Yes, I didn't have a flimsy tarp flapping in the wind on my load. Ridiculous. Went straight to DL's no issues, now I always go to DL's!
