One fertility has always made us feel comfortable and confident in their decisions and expertise. I find them extremely friendly and have really picked me up when I was doubtful. We live 4 hours away and chose this clinic because of some of the great reviews and they were not wrong. I loved all the doctors and nurses but we were assigned to Dr. Taerk and we loved him, very professional and helped with all our concerns and questions along the way. Would highly recommend them.

This doctors office is by far the fastest Ive been to in my 40 years. Both doctors are awesome hands down. Ive read the reviews and negative comments, and if there was an issue I guarantee its not the doctors it was the receptionist. After the regular receptionist wasnt there anymore there was a young girl who messed up a lot, she was nice but inexperienced in my opinion but recently hired a new girl. Who is awesome, she knows what shes doing. Will continue to go w my kids been going for 4yrs

My entire family and I have been going to this clinic since the time it was still on Headon Rd. Our family doctors work from this clinic. At no time has my wife, my kids or I been treated with anything but respect by nice people, from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors.

I have been going to DR. Rahman Clinic since 15 years ago. He is an excellent Dr. Very compassionate and empathetic towards his patients.I would not change him for anything one else, his bed side manners is the best. His staff is very courteous and kind with lots of understanding to individuals needs. They try to fit you into an appointment when you call and you explain your urgency without going into your privately. Merry Christmas to all and continue to provide your top quality care.God bless

These doctors are the best doctors in town. I have been going here for several years and do not have one complaint. The only problem is that they are not taking new patients. I love my doctor and if she is not on duty when I need assistance, one of the other fine physicians will usually see me. Doesnt get any better!

Dr Tawadross conducts himself in a professional manner, but has a quiet sense of humor that make it easy to be his patient.He has no problem admitting he needs specialized assistance for his patients, which gave me confidence to approach him. My wife feels the same about the female doctors in that practice. We are huge fans.

From the moment I contacted SMG the experience was above all else. The appointments were quick to the point and very informative. Don’t get me wrong, they didn’t rush through the appointments and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really liked the way the CPAP loaner machine was explained as well as the program. I can’t remember everyone’s names but each person that greeted me called me by name without having to introduce myself. Thank you for an amazing experience.

If you are looking an upscale spa with drink service and all sorts of other smoke and mirrors than this place may not be for you. It is not fancy (very bare bones) and the place could use some painting but to me this is all cosmetic. Cleanliness is important and it met my standard. I did not find the linens dirty as others have described. It is true that it likely will not fit into most people's concept of a spa but what I care about is the service I come to receive. Today I received an hour full body massage and a forty-five minute Reflexology Foot Massage. John (Jian) was excellent. He was attentive and checked in with me throughout to ensure I was comfortable (temperature and amount of pressure, etc). He work demonstrated his knowledge base. Yes, at the time he was the only one working and on occasion had to leave momentarily if someone came in the spa he made sure to finish the area he was working on. Another thing I think is important to note is that he was not pushy. Any other place I have been to staff try to push items on your or to "upgrade". He did not. He did answer my questions and offered suggestions based on such but was very respectful. Bottom line, I left feeling great and still do. I had been experiencing a neck strain others could not work out and he did.
I do want to mention that denying someone service on a disability is wrong and I really hope that this was not the case and maybe a misunderstanding. The man that treated me did speak english but it was not his first language.
Bottom line. Give it a try.
