When I scuffed a colleague's bumper, I reached out to Zain to see if he could fix it. He communicated in a timely, professional manner and agreed to help me out. Not only did he get the mark out, but he polished and waxed the entire bumper and did so at a very fair price. His professionalism and attention to detail were superior. This might not be of interest to everyone, but to those who need their car right away after the cleaning and/or would prefer not to come back later in the day to get it, they will detail your car and bag the driver seat so you can take the car immediately after cleaning.

I'm sorry I didn't have a before pic of what my RAV4 looked like when I brought it to Harrison at Star Was Detailing. He did an amazing job on my SUV. He was very honest and professional. Their detailing was on point.

I am giving the 5 star to this business.They are working weekends and yes, long hours all week around.The Peter and his helper were working with my car. They did interior: performed all list of services to kill bad dog smell in may car. Now may car brand new looking inside with nice strong smell. Also they have pleasant rates comparing to similar shops. Thank you very much. Recommend :)

I dropped my car (2008 Corolla) to empire to get it detailed and they far surpassed my expectations. They cleaned it so well both the interior and exterior. I havent seen my paint so clean before. I am going back to get my windows tinted and to get my car rust proof.

One word: WOW. If I could give more stars, I would. I am very particular about who touches my car, and how they do their work (I keep a watchful eye over people). Needless to say I'm not very trusting of every mechanic or any person in the auto industry. Every single person who touched my car, did so with care. Derek and his team did an AMAZING job, and know what they're doing. They did an excellent job washing my car at the end. 10/10 I would recommend them. Honest and Professional Service!

I have a jeep... I use it like a jeep!!! It was a mess inside and out, full of mud, twigs and leaves. I have a dog that spends just as much time in it as I do. This thing was a mess ... dog hair, a year of spilled coffee and such... and the smell!!
I thought it would never look and smell as nice as when I purchased it. But they did it! It was literally in showroom condition when I got it back. I couldn't believe it. The tint they did on the front windows looks great.. two years going and no problems. If it starts to flake or come off .. it will be fixed under a guarantee. When I got the bill it seemed extremely low for the work that was done. After my insisting, they would only take half of the the tip I offered. They are good, honest, hard working people!!! Give them a try. You will be glad you did!!
