I cannot express our gratitude for the help, guidance and kindness we were shown by the office administrator today as she helped us navigate the complexities of the recently introduced CDCP programme. We had had a negative experience at another practice in Burlington so we contacted the Dental and Denture Office on a recommendation from a friend who is a patient at the practice and is extremely satisfied with their professionalism, skill and thoroughness of their dentistry. She was wonderful!

I have been a patient with Dr. Fernandes for well over a decade. She's a funny, professional,smart,perfection and cleanliness oriented business woman. Dr. Parhar has been our family dentist for almost 22 years. Always great service, very professional, convenient appointment hours, evenings, weekends. He gives good advice regarding work to be done, he will never do unnecessary work like I heard other dentists do. Root canal and X-rays are done on site, no need to go elsewhere. Appointment times are respected, no wasted time there. Very clean environment. They bill directly to insurance, very convenient for me.

I had the best experience and procedure done at Guelph Line Dental. I was able to get into see my dentist the same day and that is what I value about Guelph line dental. The procedure was one of the best I have ever experienced. I never once felt afraid as they prepared me before, communicated with me during and insured I knew what to do post surgery.

I went to Dr Galkin for an emergency root canal that my previous dentist had misdiagnosed. Dr Galkin is a FANTASTIC dentist. He made me feel comfortable, and he always takes the time to discuss any issues you may have. He never rushes you, and always explains issues clearly. My visits to Awake or Asleep are always pleasant. From the way they know and greet me to the treatment and attention I receive each time, there is nothing i could suggest to change. Erica is wonderful, her professional manner and her touch perfect, and Dr. Golovanov is always kind, listens to my questions and answers reasonably. If your experience with dentists has been less then stellar, try Awake or Asleep and they will make it a good experience again, as they did for me.
