Just got back from my dental appointment, and, wow, the staff sure know how to put a person at ease. Going to the dentist has always been stressful for me, but I left the office with a smile. They gave me fantastic advise and instruction on how to make my dental care easier. The Dental Hygienist that worked on me kept me so amused that I didn't break into my annoying nervous panic. I highly recommend Concept Dental to everyone.

I have been with this location, AB Storage South Red Deer #L072 for a few years now. They are always friendly & understanding.
I have had to move three times (I'm down sizing) & they are always very accommodating.
They Keep the property clean, clear of snow & ice. I have never had a problem accessing my unit.
I once locked my keys in my unit & they were right there to help :)
Their prices are very reasonable.
I would highly recommend this storage facility :)

Excellent service and staff. Each person is acknowledged as they come in the door treated with respect. Very efficient and considerate of your time. They still BOOK appointments. Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated if not that day.... the next one. Thank you Jason and staff.

Many of my family members and myself visit Vannette in support of our ongoing health and well being. We really feel like family in the care that she takes with us. The location in Red Deer is very easy to access and is very low stress. We like that we can buy all of our vitamins and supplements at one place, and have them shipped out too us, and know that we are getting well researched quality products. We also love that Vannette spends as much time as we individually need listening and explaining, helping us understand our programs and visualize our goals. We would recommend Vannette. Our kids look forward to going, and we are always greeted with a hug.

My car went dead, I had to have a tow truck boost it. I went back to autotemp to see if the starter had had purchased from their was drawing to much to cause this issue, they said no, dome light was drawing to much. So I took it to Nissan, they found no issue, cost me $152.50, because of having no issue, not covered under warranty. Anyways I went back to Autotemp to get them to reinstall my starter. Well 2 hours later, not very happy customer, Autotemp did make it right for me at no charge.

I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department.
This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

Great service at Kal Tire. I had a tire problem years ago near Provost and Kal tire there stayed after hours to get me back on the road within an hour and a half. I’ve done to Lois and her Kal Tire in Lacombe ever since. Great service in Lacombe too!

We were driving through on the way back to Manitoba, and our car broke down. The staff were incredibly friendly, down to earth, and helpful, and the mechanic that helped us was amazing, and had us back on the road in no time!
