Their custom builds suited my budget & needs. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, & made sure every aspect was covered. The staff was also incredibly friendly & helpful & their level of service & technical expertise is unmatched. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone & will be coming back for more custom builds & any computer questions/help in the future! A great experience overall!

Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. I looked up in Yellow Pages who to go see. They put me at ease by showing me just how easy to use they were. I was sold - that was 5 years ago and since then our family has purchased another 2 plus other Apple products. Thanks for the years of great service - I see an i-Pad in my future!
