Guys, let me just get straight to the point. Great people can transform any experience. In the past I had a ton of negative experiences with banks, and when I was embarassed, sad, and down-and-out the gang at Bank Of Montreal Bay + College were like angels to me. They believed in me, they got me back on my feet even when it looked like all the "rules" were against me. Essie, welcomed me in and put me in touch with my rep, John. John heard my story, listened really well, and I felt understood, and when he went to Jessica (the oh-so-fantastic manager) to get approval for me, he really went to bat for me. Since then I've had incredible help when I lost my card (twice!) and when some scammer-ATM tried to get my PIN, from Grace, Clea, Miles, Lui (sp?) and more. I'm so thrilled with my experience with this particular branch, that I travelled a 2hr commute, just to keep it as my home branch, when I moved away temporarily. Do banks get reviews like this often? I have had nothing but the best attention when I do my banking at Leslie and Lakeshore branch. Anurag was serving me as I had lost my debit card. He inquired why I don't use on line banking. Being a senior I am afraid to do anything new. He proceeded to show me how easy it was and got me started. He was so kind and patient and determined to teach me. He even helped me with an e transfer. This is my 3rd review of this bank. Always willing to help and walk away feeling I have learned something. Lire plus
