After many weeks of looking for wall tile in many stores, I chose Tile Town on Bridgeport in Richmond BC. The service I received and the attention to my personal choice was over and beyond what I expected. Buying local and trust in Tile Town's service made my decision to purchase even if the cost was higher than others. I highly recommend this store.

What a pleasure to deal with. The installation crew arrived right on time. Both Brian and Johnny were polite and professional, and discussed all aspects of the installation before starting. They had good suggestions regarding the location of downspouts. Once confirmed they completed the installation quickly and efficiently. Their workmanship and cleanup was excellent. I worked with Tammy in the window department. She was very patient with my and gave me many estimates as I explored all the windows I wanted as opposed to what was available. I would highly recommend her.
The only reason that I didnt give the 5th star was that the window frames are not deep enough to protrude out past the hardie board siding we had installed. With all my questions, I didnt know to ask about it and someone else actually placed the order and didnt ask about my siding depth.

Such a big selection of flooring and great customer service! I spent weeks looking everywhere for the right tiles and as soon as I looked around in Tile Mart Langley they had everything I needed in my price range. I originally came in looking for flooring and came out with connections to people to do my cabinets, countertops and carpet! Tile Mart practically finished my whole house when all I asked for was tiles for my bathroom! I am definitely coming again! Thanks guys!!!! - Annabelle

I went in looking for some tile for my bathtub/shower surround. They ordered in and matched the price for the exact tile I had picked out for my kitchen floor from another store and then gave me a discount on the bathtub surround tile I was looking at. I would recommend checking this place out.

Excellent customer service and workmanship. They responded quickly and were careful to explain the process and products available. The crew was organized professional and efficient. They arrived early at 7 am and worked diligently all day and completed the new roof on our house as well as replacing the old venting ducts. They cleaned up all around the house, no remnants of debris of any kind. Highly recommend the company it was a straight forward, hassle free, honest and reliable experience.

I told him about a problem with my soffits, thinking perhaps he could fix my problem while in the area. David says, "I'll fix it right now!" I said, "I am just leaving for work; how will I pay you?" I've had a small leak for some time. Various contractors have told me it was from my gutters or the window wasn't sealed properly. Matt from Roy Dennis Roofing came out and within minutes found the source. I was impressed and was told the crew could be out next week to fix it. 2 days later I got a message that Matt himself had come out and already completed the repair and less than quoted. I really appreciate when someone goes above and beyond. I highly recommend these guys for sure. Thank you.
