I have known Nisal for years now and he has been excellent with me and all my business dealings with his company. I have read some of the negative comments on here about his company and I find it shocking. Nisal is a decent guy and he wants your business and will do what it takes to get it. I know for a fact that if a customer is put out for any reason, that he will do what it takes to make his customer happy. This is just my own experience here. Signed Tony the paramedic guy !

My car needed a significant amount of repairs and Kar Auto Parts were able to address all my needs. They have an extremely friendly staff who explained all the options to me. Even though my knowledge of cars is limited, their customer service was very professional and explained things in a simple manner. I recommend going to Kar Auto Parts for all related needs. It is my new spot I will be going to in the future.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. I couldn't find a transmission for my car. At least not for a reasonable price.
They did it for me rebuilt with part and installation and warranty for part and labor for 1 year. :)
