hanleys plumbing is great company. rob has bailed me out of some very difficult situations at an extremely reasonable price and under some very trying circumstances. He wasted half a day of work returning a pump, that through no fault of his didnt work. So on this job he went and bought the pump, installed it, it worked for one week. he came back, took it out went back to the store where they gave him the runaround for a few hours. he finally got a new one and installed it. No charge!!

I have been using services plus since 2014 and they have been always excellent. The receptionists are always courteous and prompt to return my calls. The technicians were always on time or even earlier, and they take the time to answer my questions and explain the results of the furnace and AC tune up. Services Plus replaced my furnace and did an excellent job at selecting the right furnace for my house. Highly recommend!

I have only good things to say about Don and his team. There was constant communication from start to finish and all of the guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard. We are so happy with the quality of the heat pump that we had installed. It has already been a lifesaver and to know that we'll have the same comfort throughout the colder months is such a relief. We needed to replace our HRV and raise the HRV ductwork before the new ceiling in our basement could be installed. Peete and Ryan of Simcoe Muskoka Home Comfort in Orillia installed the HRV and did a great job raising the ductwork. They were very knowledgeable, personable and professional, and provided great info about how the HRV, furnace and furnace humidifier worked together. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and will be using them only for future home heating and cooling work.
