Juan came to fix my toilet, as it was plugged. I needed a new one. He left to buy the toilet and accessories to complete the job. He came back in a timely manner. Completed the job, cleaned up the area and took the old toilet away. I was quite satisfied, as we are seniors and could not have done this work ourselves. I also like the fact that all leaks are covered. He was also very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, step by step. Thank you Drain Rescue Plumbers.

Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. He clearly set out the expectations, pricing and committed to doing his best to get us up and running. Vince diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair on site. I am a land lord and the AC hasn't been working and i've gotten a lot of complaints from my tenants so i obviously had to do something. I searched on google for AC/Heating companies and came across JCJ. The AC was actually just blowing air it wasn't getting cold, anyways as soon as they fixed it the next day the whole house was nice and cool i actually couldn't believe how fast everything got fixed im so happy and pleased with JCJ Mechanical.Great customer service and great communication skills.
