Jasmine was the one who finally found the problem and I couldn’t be more pleased. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, and had others out that had thought they had found the reason, but it still wasn’t quite right. Jasmine and her trainee were here about five minutes and found the culprit right away. It was a crack in one of the fittings. They replaced it and now there is no smell, and I am finally safe. What a real treasure you have there.

Jeff the owner of Comfort Tech did us a solid. After the initial repair he personally involved himself in a subsequent failure in our heat pump. It was removed from premises and promptly returned repaired and functional in two days. The second failure was independent of the first, however the fees amounting to several hours worth were entirely waived. Much to our relief and appreciation, Comfort Tech demonstrated the class act they are.

My mom was having some health issues and kept telling me she could smell gas downstairs. I called the landlord to let her know and explained I was going to call Aslan to come and check it out. The technician arrived rather quickly and discovered the hot water tank was vented back into the house and had a bit of a leak. He corrected the venting and fixed the leak. He was polite, prompt and respectful of my mom's health. She is doing much better and no longer can smell gas, I will use again

Our furnace quit after the planned power outage in W Kelowna on Nov 5 - contacted Anthony on Mon afternoon; he stated he had a full Tues and would schedule us for Wed morning but would try to get to us earlier. Sure enough, Anthony came by Tues evening after a full day and quickly resolved our issue. I cannot recommend Anthony enough, he is beyond fair, reasonable and professional. He is definitely our only go to guy for any HVAC issues. Deb & Bill Armit

Lake City Mechanical Services were amazing to deal with, went through Home Depot, bought our new hot water tank in the evening, was installed the very next morning. We were completely impressed with the service from start to finish. They recommended the perfect system, answered all our questions, met us on short notice, did an excellent job on installation, cleaned everything up (were also careful to lay down tarps and not mess up the floors), and made sure we were not without heat in the process. Not the cheapest option, but well worth it; we are already seeing a reduction on our electrical bills as a result. Would strongly recommend.

I do not normally write reviews.However we had Gord and his crew install a new Reem furnace & A/C unit in our home about 8 months ago. (Works perfectly!!) I had to write our comment on quality of the product, & services received by GPH Mechanical.Gord was quick to respond to our request for a quote on the new furnace and A/C.The quote was reasonable, & the timeline was perfect. The whole crew was very polite & professional. We HIGHLY recommend GPH Mechanical!! We're very pleased !!
