I have worked in a consulting capacity in the office of Rentex for about 9 months now or so. I believe some of these reviews may be previous tenants that may have been evicted for a number of different reasons (drug use, non payment of rent, etc), or are just plain haters. I do also believe tho, some negative reviews may be legitimate tenants that have had issues that took time to fix. Needless to say, I believe the company tries hard to please the tenants to the best of its ability. - SK

Hey Guys Am Elvis and a tenant of Norwood Village Apartments . This is my 3rd year as a tenant and I must say , Norwood Village is the definition and representation of Canada as a whole and who we are as Canadian with Multiplicity of different races and cultural backgrounds of people living at Norwood Village .
It is a family Oriented Apartments , even with Kids it is very quiet and brings lots of Sanity and quietness for working class folks in the building . Never heard about stealing here .

Prompt maintenance when and if required. Stairwells, entrance & hallways always clean and pleasant smelling. On-site management pleasant and very helpful!
