Small and clean little restaurant right across from the Victoria Head Quarter Police Department and also from Save On Foods Memorial Areana. If you like spicy food or less spicy, even not spicy, this place has it all. I been eating here for many years with my family. Foods always taste consistently, absolutely delicious. Foods serve in less than ten minutes. They are fresh , portion are big with reasonable price. This is the only Chinese Restaurant we always dine out . They are the best,love it.

I found the total experience incredible. There had to be about 15 to 18 guys working there and not one standing around doing nothing. Considering it was towards the end of the day the place was very clean with tools all in their place. I really enjoyed watching the show. And yet one of many things stood out, it seemed to me that safety definitely came first in everything they did. They were not only very friendly to the customer but to each other.

We are dealing with a vehicle right off accident with Icbc not our fault and Harry at Hertz was very helpful understanding compassionate and real to deal with. We dealt with the one Icbc recommended to bill directly on the corner of bay and government and they never kept their promises. The manager was terrible to deal with and the staff appeared robotic. They were awful. I recommend Hertz.

We had excellent care for a major surgery. The doctor was very thorough and explained the details.
As others noted, it can be expensive.
However, this is an emergency facility, and does not have the subsidies that human health care does.
If you need regular pet care, go to a standard vet, but anything beyond that costs money.
Thats the reality of pet health care, and ownership. And why it is generally recommended to purchase pet insurance or save for these emergency situations.

They had excellent communication skills, customer service, great choice of products, knowledgeable and skillful staff. The person who made the appointment didn't know there was limited service on Saturdays and the work we needed may not be possible. This was made worse by the fact we travelled by ferry to get here. All is well that ends well, however. Alex somehow got the repairs done for us. He turned an unhappy customer into a happy one and we will come back....maybe not on a Saturday. Thank you
