Do not ask for support for your HikVision when you are at your worst case scenario after a break-in for a simple fix. Their customer response is uncalled for. All ID was supplied and help asked since we had retruned the following day to Canada.This is their response: It is not our intention to be obstinate. However we will not support OEM equipment as a liability issue not sold in Canada. I went online and found the solution myself. HikVision from China answered my request the following day.
