Tout simplement service après vente Pourri. Une table de cuisine abimé un buffet abimé un miroire de 40 livres que je dois moi-même rapporter du à un défaut... pourri pourri Plus jamais pour moi et mon entourage

I’ve called the support line at this store and they transferred me two times to a voicemail and all I had was a simple question. The lady on the phone didn’t care to help me and I was really shocked by the way she was talking me. For the price I bought my articles, I thought a minimum of service would come with it...

I purchased a mattress set and a sofa -assured by sales person my old mattress would be removed if they were both placed into bags. Confirmation call itemizing each piece 24 hrs prior Morning of delivery female called to say they they can not find my sofa?? I should hang tight and they will give me an update in the afternoon. They never updated me but delivery driver arrives with huge attitude, refuses to take down old mattresses, and not help with new ones . . That was their second chance
