    Signed on to a 2 ...

    Signed on to a 2 year agreement with them to have my mobile make up service displayed on a folder that will be given out to prospective brides at a local bridal shop and hotel. So far the customer service has been friendly and getting hold of my consultant has been easy. I feel the advertisement which goes directly to my target audience will bring in lots of new business for me. They have been great to work with.

    Its not the complaint- its how its handled...

    After paying for a two year contract advertisement with one of Community Networking Services' sponsored clients (5 minute drive from our massage therapy clinic)- it was less than a month in print before that client moved 45 minutes across the city. Upon seeking any sort of harmonization with the company...after the initial call to explain, no calls were returned (6 messages left) over the past 4 months. And no attempt to remedy my complaint in any way was given. VERY DISAPPOINTING :(

    Bridal folder advertising

    I own a business in ontario i was shown a sample of a folder for my local bridal shop.It took a bit of time to print but the final product was exactly what i was promissed.I would definitly participate again with this type of marketing and i have been getting alot of customers from my advertising.I have reviewd the other commments and can only say that community networking solutions was very professional in handling my request and i am very satisfied with the outcome.

    Very Poor Business Habbits

    We are Located in Brampton and were shown a prototype folder for Brides to be distributed through a reputable Bridal Gown Company in January. We are now in April and to this date, we have not seen any folders. We keep calling Community Networking Solutions and nobody returns any calls. They were very quick to collect our money. Be very careful before you deal with this company. Very poor business practice.

    Completely Unresponsive to Queries

    Last fall we signed a contract to participate in bridal folder to be produced and delivered through a bridal shop here in Ottawa. To date I have made no fewer than 6 inquiries by email to ask when we might expect delivery. Emails are simply never answered; phone calls result in promises of a call back that never comes. It is now 6 months after we signed and paid for this service and we have had no indication regarding what is happening with this. I would urge anyone considering business with this company to use extreme caution.
