Bought and had installed a new battery at Kia in April 2015 with "pro-rated" (whatever that is supposed to mean!) warranty. Have had to have 3 charges on battery in last 4 days. Battery not holding charge. When I called Kia, they told me that it was a pro-rated warranty and that only the labour would be covered. Like I would purchase another battery from them. Oh, was told that the car was not driven enough. Very, very disappointed! Explanation of "pro-rated" warranty should be given.
Mauvaise information sur l'autonomie de la batterie sur ma soul ev 2016, à l'achat j'ai dit que je fais 100kms par jour pour aller au travail, on me dit "Il n'y aura pas de problème". Nous voici à l'hiver et je ne peux pas faire aller retour sans me recharger.
