Louis made a promise to come back to fix up a cosmetic issue on a later date, so we paid the money and scheduled a date. He never showed up after that and didn’t pick up calls from our number. I had to call on different numbers to get a hold of them where we arranged to schedule a different date. Of course, they didn’t show up and stopped picking up calls. Mistake on our part for trusting they will come back. But highly unprofessional, and to take advantage of the trust of customers.
