Paws On Wheels Mobile Grooming

Although they do a good job when they show up the major problem is that the constantly cancel there appointments, even ones made months ahead they give last minute rambling excuses above traffic, illness or other appointments taking longer then expected.

I have been a client of Paws on Wheels mobile grooming for several years now. I have a 3.5 lb yorkie who I have previously brought to Petsmart and had an awful experience. I switched to Paws on Wheels and have received nothing but excellent service. They provide a unique service that is in your home and comforting, particularly for anxious pets. My dog Lola, who takes a while to warm up to anyone, loves them. They are reasonably priced and very friendly. I would highly recommend them!

I called and book...

I called and booked explaining all about our three dogs (we all got together for doggy spa day) two goldens and one Burneese mountain dog, explained that two had never been groomed professionally and had lots of knotted spots... The assured me that had all the equipment and experience to take care of it... They showed up barely said a word , tried talking a little to them to see if I could help or offered something to drink... Lady looked like she hated her job... We all felt bad... Finally at one point she unclipped the dog, without even being half done, began packing up and they left????? Just like that??? Not like the dog growled or barked or tried to get off... She only wanted to sit down??? They didn't even say bye??? They packed up and left...my friend asked if she was going to do hers ... Nope!!
