Amazing Burgers and Milkshakes!

I have been to this restaurant many times! The milkshakes taste so good!!!!!!! They make great onion rings and burgers as well! All the times I have been there I have always received great service from the waiters/waitresses and the food came reasonably fast! I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!!!

Great Food, and Decent Service

We had a pretty fantastic meal at The Works. There were only a few things we had issues with. My fiancée's fries weren't cooked as well as they could have been. As for the food, it was the only complaint we had. Each of us enjoyed our burgers immensely. The only real issue with service was the fact that the server didn't ask us if we wanted dessert when we were finished. He brought us our bill right away. Other than that, everything was excellent. We'll definitely go back.

I went three times as I can remember and it tastes good only that the lower bread of the burger seems always soaked in liquid from the juice or sauce of the burger and condiments. It's really messy as the bread is always soaked. I find it is quite expensive and that I could get burgers like that for lower prices. I like how it is decorated, it's nice to go for once. Salad was ok

Great burger place. Is very busy so don't go if in a hurry but once seated service is good and staff are friendly. Lots of variety and great way to try yummy new combo's. Have eaten here many times. I've taken a young crowd and a 50+ crowd with me and everyone has enjoyed this. I've never had anything I didn't love.

Good burgers. There's a lot to choose from. Burgers with lots of bacon or cheese can get pretty pricey, but a burger with veggies is about 9 bucks. They have a good selection of sides and a few appetizer-type foods. Fun atmosphere, but the service can suck. Waiters are particularly rude to the younger crowd.

I love this place. It's the best darn burgers...

I love this place. It's the best darn burgers and shakes in the city bar none. The burgers are huge, the toppings really creative and tasty, and the shakes are thick and creamy. You can also get organic beef burgers here now. I wouldn't recommend it for people trying to loose weight or those looking for the perfect seared fois gras, b the food they serve is quality, the service is good, and I will keep going back again and again.

Of course, it was the eleventh hour when I called and tried to make an evening reservation on Valentine’s Day. And, of course, like everyone else they were completely booked but they did call me back and I was so happy that they could squeeze us in. We enjoyed the best meal we could have hoped for. The house red (forget the varietal) was so perfectly pared with the shrimp appetizer, Gamberi Di Amaretto. And the chardonnay was lovely with the escargots. Our entrees were equally delicious and in spite of the fact that it was a very busy evening for Napoli’s, the food arrived at our table fresh and hot and the service was perfect. Water glasses were always topped up and we were never left unattended for long. The servers were very friendly and approachable and it all made for a fantastic dining experience. We also didn’t feel over-crowded in this ‘full-to-capacity’ restaurant. Our table provided plenty of elbow room and the table conversation was easy to hear in spite of people. We were very comfortable and happy to be enjoying the wonderful atmosphere. We can’t wait to have dinner at Napoli’s again. Lire plus
