Long waiting lines. Rude, unreasonable staff. Irresponsible.

I waited 1 1/2 hr in chair for handicap /senior & was ignored. When I finally interrupted another teller she boldly told me I was there same tiing as those in line - not true. I had to get in line for another long wait. I complained again, got names & wrote head office. No reply. This unprofessional location hasn't been the same since Thomas relocated. They should be ashamed of themselves. I have been a TD customer for 50 yrs & I avoid this place like the plague.

Poor attitude and slow service

I went there to get some rolls of change. I was next in line when a customer walked in and went directly to one of the tellers. I stepped up and was told that the customers was doing a "business deposit". I was told that any of the tellers can provide me with the rolls of coins. There was only two tellers working; the one I was talking to and another one that was busy with the same customer from the time I entered the bank. I just left the bank and went elsewhere. This bank is always slow.
