Active Green Ross

It goes without question that AGR- Ritson has some issues with it workmanship. Needless to say spending an extra $960 at another Mechainc to fix my issues is totally unacceptable and we do not recommend AGR- Ritson. Also not sure if his Mechanic are experienced enough as they seem very young.

KILLS ENGINES I took my 2007 Infiniti G35 coupe to Ross to check my engine out. They opened and it and checked it out resulting in no faults and cost me 560.00 to reassemble and lubricants back the engine parts. 20,000 km later. My engine DIES due to my vehicles engine being sealed back with the wrong seal and being improperly put back together. It cost me 4000.00 for an engine swap and no compensation or fault from Active Green and Ross because they were covered by there warranty. Digusting

I always get amazing service. Staff is very friendly and owner is very trustworthy. I have been dealing with the owner Ross for over 20 years . I would highly recommend this Active Hreen and Ross location.

Active Green and Ross Oshawa location completed an alignment on my vehicle resulting in extreme uneven ware on my two front tires purchased through them at the time of the alignment. They admitted that the ware was caused by the alignment but will not compensate for the damage on my tires.
