Mount Sinai Hospital

Very rude receptionist, I believe her name is Riwana. She is lacking customer service skills. I dealt with a couple of doctors here but I was really unimpressed with their medical knowledge and expertise. I would not recommend this clinic.

Rediculus! I called them on October 3, 2014 around 10:30 am to see if they are an actual hospital and have Ct-scan(i had problem with left side of my head).Their recrptionist didn't care enough to take 1 minute and answer 2 simple questions. Very mean and ignorant. What a shame for a place where is supposed to be there to help people.
