Valet Car Wash (Kitchener)

Absolutely terrible. Scratched our car all over and a piece of our trim came off in the wash. They would not offer refund and our beautiful car now has damage. I’m so disappointed I didn’t look at reviews for this place. And our car is still dirty! This place is a scam. Do not go here unless your car is old and already scratched to hell.

During the last month I made the payment for nothing as I had to return from the car wash without washing as they were closed.... during winter cars need more wash as it gets more dirty but unfortunately I couldn’t... I called the Cambridge office and requested them a car wash when Kitchener is down.... they allowed me to wash once and told never can do it again der as my membership is in Kitchener... why can’t you arrange to have a carwash in Cambridge centre when Kitchener is down.disappointed

Best wash in the Tri-Cities. Prices can not be beat and a dedicated team of friendly staff.
