Pioneer Transmissions

wouldint get this place to do anything wont stand behind there warranty ,they will just come up with more excuses to why they wont fix it. take you car or truck to a reputable shop not these scum bags

Excellent experience at Pioneer! Would highly recommend!

So I needed a transmission rebuild and Pioneer had the best price to quote me. I dropped off my car and dropped the keys off in the port. I got a call saying they couldn’t find the keys and they never apologized about it or replaced them (original keys for a classic car) and they’re the only set. They were friendly to talk to but took no ownership in the keys being missing, but only offered to add 300$ to get new ones made. They were fast on the rebuild and so far so good with that.

No leaks until transmission replaced by Pioneer on Fairway. Transfer case suddenly had major leak. $1000 to fix. Transmission acted up near end of warranty. Don found nothing wrong. 4 months later transmission doing the same as prior. solenoid PAC had to be replaced. $700 billed by Don at Pioneer. Refused to cover under warranty. Now with 89,000 km on $3100 rebuilt transmission slipping between 2nd to 3rd and after its warm won't even move. The $4000 fix lasted 3 3/4 years
