First customer service agent gave false information about how device was going to be paid for. Other agents took over the account and never got around to rectifying. They kept telling me to wait and I had to pay out of pocket for a device that was promised to be covered. The price for the knee scooter per month rental was outrageous. I could have purchased a new one on amazon for what they stuck me with. Terrible company that capitalizes off disabled people! Businesses like this shouldn't exist.

Very disappointed with one stairlift installed and defective from beginning. Service appointment/ follow up has been impossible to arrange. Excuses Are too personal to post here. The actual salesman & installer were excellent, but service/ follow need to greatly improve.

Extremely poor service department. Had my scooter in on several occasions in past 4 months for repairs and still not working properly. They won’t even return my calls now.

We ordered a wheelchair for my father in law, It cost over $4000. The government paid over $3000.00 and we paid almost $1400.00. It was delivered Oct.2-18, my father in law never sat in it as he was sick and passed away Oct.4th. I called Motion specialties ( the company we bought it from) that night, to tell them we no longer require it. No response, a couple days later I called the sales guy, he was going to call me back but didn’t. I called back and was told his boss didn’t want to return it?
