    I replaced my roo...

    I replaced my roof 8 years ago. It came with a 10 year labour warranty. In the winter I noticed paint peeling on the walls by the chimney and water marks around the skylight. I phoned Atlas-Apex 4 or 5 times, after about a month someone came to look at the roof. A man named Christian Rossi inspected the roof and told me that the chimney has cracks, needs to be caulked and the skylight needs to be replaced. He said it is not a roofing issue. He said he would send me a quote by e-mail. After

    Terrible Business

    I had a roof installed last year. It hasn't stopped leaking since it was put in. Watertight doesn't warranty their work, doesn't clean up their work site and leaves roofing nails all over your property. Their 'crews' are made up that morning, mostly of people who have never done a roof before. There lines of shingles are not straight, the flashing they said they installed was not there. I really wish I had never done business with these people.
