    Receptionists are horrible. Rude, condescending, and lazy. Multiple times they're refused to communicate with my pharmacy to correct mistakes they made when entering in pill counts (my pharmacy once sent a fax with a big box saying "check here so we can give the patient pills" and the receptionist just sent it back, no changes) They are horrible and act like you're annoying them by having medical issues. What a disgrace.

    I have been a patient of Dr. Sheldon Finkelstein for 40 years. He is a dedicated, knowledgeable and compassionate physician. He starts work at 6.40am which is very convenient for me as I live in the east end of Toronto - I can see Dr. Fikelstein and get back home before rush hour traffic. The staff are very helpful in accommodating emergency appointments

    Here we are in COVID felt like this was the best time to take care of my bunion working at home anyway. On my first visit was greeted by a really professional receptionist and then taken into the room the podiatrist spent close to an hour explaining everything I knew this was it. I finally found the professional. Surgery was incredible from start to finish. Robyn is absolutely unbelievable Lily so helpful they make a TEAM in the real sense of the word.
