My experience with this company was horrible from start to finish. All I wanted was to order a new closet door and it took MONTHS of back forth. It was so difficult to get in touch with anyone, and then they forgot to place my order. Should it take 5 months to organize the purchase and delivery of one door when you’re a contractor? Absolutely awful organization and customer service. Not once did I receive an apology for the multitude of inconveniences. Avoid this place!
