The customer service at this place is HORRIBLE. I dropped off my cabinets and they told me that it would be done in a week. All I wanted, was to cut out the main part od the cabinet and add glass. It took 3 weeks to get them back. When I got them back the owner tells me that they need to be sanded down cause there is glue on it. When I got home, the frame is cracked and chipped from him doing whatever he did. When I called him back, he started yelling at me and telling me that my cabinets and not worth his time doing and that is why they don't work with those cabinets. Till now, he hasn't said, "yeah" they cracked because.......and offer to sand them down or even paint them for me or even a discount. I would advice you, if you are looking at this comment. Go somewhere else, I'm sure it will be A LOT better of what I got. Also, I'm sure that they will tell you if they can do it or not and what will happen if they do. STAY FAR WAY FROM R&R REFACING.
