    They are brutal they do not answer the phone any department It goes in a loop They have lost by business Commercial and personal About 12000 year

    Waited for nearly 1/2 hour for someone to answer my phone call . They say on there recording your call is important to them . Obviously that’s not true at all or they would have actually answered my call . Got no response so I call there competitor. At least they answered my call in less then 2 minutes.
