overall this store needs a make up needs better customer service better managers prices are wrong all around dirty i hate going to this Walmart

Love shopping at Walmart for everything, amazing prices. Only glitch I had is buying hair dye by Belle, cost me a bundle as either someone in the factory or the store, substituted black dye in a #60 brown box and sealed the box. My hair was a horror for weeks after, throughout treatments and Walmart only referred me to "Belle Garnier" - You sold the box of dye, even though they make the product.
