Harvey's

I will never return to this location. I tried to redeem my scene points and they stole 1000 points off my card, then proceeded to tell me I didnt have enough points for my order. Amanda the manager yelled at me and my senior citizen mother, slammed the drive-thru window in our face 3 times. All we were trying to do is redeem our points. If Harveys does not want to honor the points, they shouldnt be a Scene Card partner. The worst customer service experience of my life. She should be fired

Eh, was okay.

We where seated very quickly. Gave us about 10 mins to figure out what we wanted. The food was okay. my veggie burger was huge and barely fit the bun...but was yummy. the fries where okay. the desert was Very yummy. the only thing i didnt like was that the silverware was dirty...the ones on the table were but they brought us new ones...and they didnt ask if we needed refills on water ect. so i guess my experience was Okay. id go back if i knew it would be better tho

It was take out ; my rib chicken meal no fries or veggie with it and it was ordered ;;; messy chicken was ordered with one slice of bread came with two and no veggies ;; the rib was so dry it looked like it was off another plate ' i am not happy ' the last time i was in i ate in side with my wife and there was mold on the buns;; i complained and all i got was . they were sorry never even replaced the bun ;
