Really friendly but I had my heat pump serviced, and they changed out my capacitor. My unit is 7 years old and that ended up frying my Compressor. The previous owners of the house did not register the heat pump therefore we do not have warranty. Apparently them installing a piece that shorted out my unit is not their fault. It will now cost me $2100 to replace the compressor. I would have expected them to take a bit of responsibility considering it was working fine when they showed up.
