Absolutely dishonest clinic. I was quoted the same price on three separate occasions, assured that there would be no extra fees, and signed a waiver requiring consent for any additional charges. They added an undisclosed fee anyway, refused to take responsibility, and two years later, tried to send it to collections. When I pushed back, the manager was rude, dismissive, and blamed me instead of owning their mistakes. This clinic engages in bait-and-switch practices. Abhorrent treatment.
