Our little cul de sac (Sharon Place, West Van) has worked with Steen several times with no problems. His prices are good and he works hard. Very skilled faller. Hes quite the Free Spirit, with surfer images on the side of his truck. I have personally had him do 2 jobs with no issues. He shows up on time, has a good price, knows what he is doing. Clean up could be better, but offer great value.

Would have given zero if possible. Steer clear.

He is a waste of time, showed up late to view the work because the waves were too good. He requested someone be home during the work. On the day he texted me saying he couldn't make it. We rescheduled 3 times. Twice he cancelled on the day, on both of these days I had to cancel plans with my child. The fourth, time, he just didn't show up, and didn't even bother to inform us. When I texted him to inquire, his response was "Who is this?"
