Pacific Blue Cross Claims and Administration

I have been trying to reach them for a month now and their phone service is not available. I fed up with this kind of behaviour. I get they're on strike, but I need answers for coverage on medication that I NEED and was denied special access for. I hope they lose a lot of clients over this.

What happened to good old way of communication by PHONE?
