I finally reached a staff member. Unfortunately, she was rude and dismissive, insisting that “someone always answers the phone” and accusing me of lying. I explained that I had the receipt and was too unwell to return in person, but she abruptly hung up. When I called back, no one answered again. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I have never been treated this way by McDonald’s staff before. I would appreciate it if this matter could be looked into and handled bette
